1. Proč jste se přihlásili do projektu Otevřená věda Akademie věd ČR a co vás zaujalo na této stáži?
The Open Science project offers me the opportunity to learn more about water purification methods and participate in research on removing microplastic pollutants from water by the synthesis of metal oxide photocatalysts. I am interested in the connection of chemistry and environmental science and the opportunity to solve current problems with micropollutants in our waters.
2. Představte si, že jste vynálezci – co byste vynalezli a proč?
I would invent a more efficient way of recycling in order to use far more of the recyclable plastic than is currently being recycled. I would also like to get as much plastic pollutants as possible out of the water and soil, or at least make sure that it doesn't end up there in greater numbers in the future.
3. Vaše záliby, koníčky:
I like to explore the nature, take part in expeditions to the wilderness, study Latin, read books and articles about biochemistry and nature. I also like cycling and playing floorball.
